Getting Started
Design Assessment
Our first step is the Design Assessment held at your home. The landscape designers meet with you for 1 to 2 hours for a productive discussion about your property. As trained professionals we are quickly able to assess your property and brainstorm new options with you. Our style is informative and will provide valuable insights about your property.
The Design Assessment is billed at a flat rate and includes a detailed Contract and Scope of Work to summarize your project.
Or if you want to get started with maintenance services, we can discuss your options while on-site.
Design Plans—Do you need one?
Perhaps. We want to match our services to your needs. The sophistication of any Landscape Design Plan will match the project at hand. For example, one of our landscape designers can draw a design sketch with plant material suggestions during the first on-site meeting when a simple upgrade is desired. A professionally-developed Design Plan, on the other hand, can take 15 to 40 hours of design work to synthesize all the factors involved and create a landscape drawing, similar to an architect’s plan. During the consultation process we will explore the best options for moving forward with your budget in mind.
Where we work
Most of our clients are in Brookline and Newton or within a 1-hour radius of Boston. However, we will consider projects outside of this area—please contact us to discuss your project.
