Kathleen Shamberger

Design Associate

Kathy Shamberger works hand-in-hand with Christie Dustman as a Design Associate. Kathy is a graduate of the Landscape Institute at the Arnold Arboretum, formerly Radcliffe Seminars, and has been working at Christie Dustman & Company for 5 seasons. She is on the Board of Trustees at the New England Wild Flower Society and works as a volunteer with the horticultural department at the Garden in the Woods, Framingham. Kathy has helped NEWFS organize their Boston Flower Show exhibit for the last couple of spring shows.

With her strong background in native plant material, Kathy brings a unique perspective to garden design. She is also certified in Organic Land Care by NOFA. Kathy’s designs are flowing and gorgeous, with emphasis on native trees and shrubs to provide color and texture all year round.
